This means embracing your love, friendship, faith, compassion, generosity, and gratefulness. It also means acknowledging your pain, sorrow, loneliness, fear, regret, and anxiety. You have to get to the core of yourself or you will never develop the rings and cracks and wear marks that others admire because they set you apart, unique from everybody else.
